Where can I find my meter’s reads?

To find your actual meter:

Your meter might be located inside or outside. If your meter is indoors it can usually be found under the kitchen sink by your inside stop tab. The majority of water meters are usually fitted outside near your outside stop tap. It will be under a small metal or plastic cover in your driveway, garden or nearby footpath. The majority of electric meters are mounted outside where the power lines come into your home, otherwise you can check in your basement, laundry room, porch, garage, closet or attic.

If you live in an apartment building, duplex or other multiple-family dwelling, the meters for your building are grouped together in one place. Each meter should be labeled according to the unit it serves. Please make sure you read the correct meter.
