How do I cancel service?

If you are leasing your unit:

All property changes involving residents moving in or out of a unit are provided to our company by the Community Property Manager. Please feel free to remind your Property Manager to send us any updates to the account for your unit. If your change is not updated in our system within the next 15 days and you have any concerns about your account please contact us again and we will be happy to escalate this to your Community Account Management team.

 

If you sold your condo:

  1. We will need proof of sale (escrow documentation)
  2. Send Escrow Documentation by:
    1. Email: moveout@multifamilyutility.com
    2. Fax: 800-329-2571
