Do I have to notify Multifamily Utility Company to turn on or off my utilities?

This is dependent on your situation:

 

1. If you lease: All property changes involving residents moving in or out of a unit are provided to our company by the Community Property Manager so your Property Manager will be contacting us with your move in or out.

 

2. If you sold or purchased your unit: We will need proof of sale (escrow documentation) in order for us to open a new account under your name. You can either:

               a. Email proof of sale to moveout@multifamilyutility.com or

               b. Fax proof of sale to 800-329-2571
